Exterior changes to your home, including landscaping must be approved by the HOA prior to implementing.  Please refer to the Architecture Review Committee Guidelines and Instructions.

Trash is picked up twice weekly on Monday and Thursday.  Trash should be placed at the curb after 7PM.

Bill Pryor Trash Collection observes the following holidays:

New Years’ Day
Labor Day
Memorial Day
Thanksgiving Day
4th of July
Christmas Day

Garbage is collected on the next regularly scheduled pickup day.

Bulk pickup of large items is provided by the Borough of Florham Park twice each year. All residents are required to register the items to be picked up by calling the Department of Public Works at 973-410-5330 no later than noon on the Friday before the scheduled collection.  Failure to call on time may result in your items not being picked up.  All items must be curbside by 7:00am Monday of the scheduled collection week.

Recycling is picked up every other Thursday.  Here is the calendar for pickup.

A detailed written procedure should have been provided at closing.  Please contact HOA management for a copy if you do not have it.
